If this hs_err file is current, it appears your NMSROOT/MDC/etc/regdaemon.xml file has become corrupt.  Post this file.

hs_err file is current.

i've uploaded the file to...

This file is fine.  What version of LMS do you have?  When was this hs_err dump produced?  What else is installed on this server?

version 3.1

This dump file is created immediately after the server load.

Installed  on the server only CLM.

By CLM do you mean you have Cisco License Manager installed on this same server?  Post the output of:

cacls NMSROOT/MDC/etc/*

Sorry, I mean that CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution is installed on the server only.

cacls output is attached

I missed this post.  I don't see any obvious problems thus far.  I suggest you open a TAC Service Request so that this problem can be analyzed in real time.

Actually, something just got my eye in the pdshow.  Post a screenshot of your Services control panel showing all of your services.

The only things which I see are wrong are the start types for the IPM NG database engine and HUM database engine services.  They must be set to Manual, not Automatic.  However, that would not account for the Tomcat crash.  The crash points to an error in the code which processes regdaemon.xml, but I see no reason why that should be failing.  As I said before, I think it would be best to open a Service Request.  Remote access would be helpful to dig into this problem in more detail.

The problem occured 06 of april after server reboot

Bios date was unexplainably set to 06.04.2110 so some files including regdaemon.xml still have modification date of 06.04.2110

i've changed modification date attribute of regdaemon.xml to current date and it worked!

Thanks!
