Under RME, I have configured the 'Configuration Management' in General Setup, under Cisco Probe Setup to Retrieve Config every day at mid night. But this does not happen. I have to do a manual update every day.
When I do a search devices by archive, i dont get to see recent dates, only very old data even though i know that configs have changed on some of the entries.
Pls how can I troubleshoot this or how can I make sure that my configs are being backed up everyday.?
