Ciscoworks User Tracking does not show any End Hosts

Hello,

major acquisition stopped to work so we did CM database reinit. Now the acquisition runs but does not collect any data. Devices are discovered and available. Any idea, please?

Hello,

You must launch a new User Tracking Acquisition action.

Best regards,

Acquisition is scheduled for four times a day. It is not the problem. Thanks anyway.

What command did you run to do a reinit of the CM database?

What are you seeing in the ani.log and ut.log? Which version of CM are you running?

Re: Ciscoworks User Tracking does not show any End Hosts

First I did "D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\bin\perl D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\campus\bin\reinitdb.pl -ut" and then "D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\bin\perl D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\campus\bin\reinitdb.pl".

I have to request ani.log file but in ut.log file I can not see any interesting information.

CM is version 4.0.4.

reinitdb.pl -ut is fine, but it might be better to run reinitdb.pl -restore instead of just reinitdb.pl.

How many seed devices do you have added to CM? Any IP address filters?
