Ciscoworks will not start

Hi,

Ciscowork will not start. We had a server crash. I have restored one of the hard drives but, It will still not start. This is an error message I get.    ##### INFO ##### failed to open [D:\CSCOpx\log\dmgtDbg.log]; reason: Permission denied

It is being run on Windows server 2003 service pack 2.  The amount of memory is 2GB.  The version of Ciscoworks being used is LMS2.6.  The Server has been rebooted.

Thanks

Mayamba

It looks like casuser cannot write to the dmgtDbg.log file.  Make sure casuser (or the casusers group) has full control over this and all log files.
