CM 5.2.1 User Tracking "Failed to start acquisition:"

Running CM 5.2.1 and UT acquisition returns the "Failed to start acquisition: Construction of XML data required for UT is in progress.Please try after some time" message.

Forum searching turned up bug CSCtd49439 advising to filter out standalone APs. As the network has some wireless bridges they were tracked down and filtered but still no change.

Have tried turning on UT Server debugging for various modules and retying a UT Acquisition but the ut.log remains untouched.

Any pointers on how can I troubleshoot this further?

This bug can be tickled by more than just APs.  I recommend you contact TAC and get the patch.  Be sure to get patches for CSCtg20882 and CSCtd49439.
