CM New Hosts

For some reason "New Hosts" in CM (ver 5.1.3) is continously showing as 0 (see attached file).

I'm pretty sure this isn't the case because we're currently undertaking a Desktop PC refresh and rollout programme so new Desktop PC's should be appearing on the network daily??

I've only recently upgraded to 5.1.3, however, the issue was also seen before the upgrade (previous version was 5.1.1)

Any ideas?

Make sure you have New MAC Detection enabled under Campus Manager > Admin > User Tracking > Acquisition.
