CNA and a 4507 Switch

I have CNA 4.1 installed and I am trying to connect to a 4507 switch with IOS 12.2 (20)EW4. All of the modules should be supported, but when I try to connect to it I get an unsupported device error. Can someone please help?

Make sure that you have the proper image (html files) loaded on the switch, and that ip http server is enabled.

Thanks for the quick reply! Do I have to have the HTML files loaded in flash to use CNA or only if I want to use the HTML interface through Internet Explorer? I had this same problem at my last job about a year ago and I can't remember what I did. Maybe I did load the HTML files. Please advise.

I believe you are required to have the HTML files for CNA to work properly.

make sure that you have enabled http server on the switch
