CNA: not all switch stats shown

         I have a network with a Catalyst 2950 switch, version 12.1 (22) EA9. On that network, I have a Windows XP SP3 computer, which runs CNA 5.8 (5). When I ask to see the switch statistics, I get different results using the switch's Dashboard vs. CNA's display of switch statistics.

The switch's GUI shows many undersize packets on several ports; yet, CNA, showing the stats of the same ports, says that there were no undersize packets (all of the counters are 0). See the image that I posted showing an Internet Explorer window and a CNA window with the 'same' data.

This problem has also happened with earlier versions of CNA that I have tried.

Is there a solution for this?
