CNR not pushing records from CCM to DNS Database

I have CNR 6.3.1 and just started having an issue with new records not being syncd from the CCM (Staging) database to the DNS. As a result new records are not able to be queried. These are static entries and we are having this issue in all zones on the server. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
