Hello-
I am using a telnet/ssh proxy that will scan incoming CLI sessions for keystroke logging and command inspection.
When it notices a specific command ("show config", for example) it can insert a ctrl-C character to interrupt the command before the user executes it. We use this central method rather than tiered admin privileges on each device. Don't ask why we do it this we, we just do...it is both a blessing and a curse.
At any rate, an ASA 5505 v7.2 seems to ignore ctrl-c, so I can no longer interrupt "insecure commands". Anyone know of a command-line interrupt character for my new Cisco 7550?
