Does Common Services require a special CCO account to access Software updates? I have just installed it and when I try to run Software updates using my CCO account I get the following error
"ERROR: Invalid Cisco.com username or password. Please give a valid Cisco.com username and password in Common Services->Server->Security option"
I am using my CCO account credentials so do I have to create a seperate CCO account for CiscoWorks?

Make sure to install service pack one for common services. This was a DDTS in 3.0 ad 3.0.1 fixes it.
