AFAIK this functionality was dropped as the mails may contain info you don't wish to spread arround and it's safer to send a url that requires a login to verify you have the rights.
On the other hand this stuff is possible via cwcli, so you can write you own script with all password hardcoded in, and have the output via mail using blat
