This is configured under DFM > Notification Services, and it is fairly well documented in the online, context-sensitive help. However, the basic flow is to create a notification group to match the specific alerts or events and devices for which and from which you want to receive notifications. As a rule of thumb, go with events only as they contain the most useful information. Once you have your group configured, create an email notification subscription. This will point to your SMTP server, and send email to your desired recipients.
