Configuring a 6509 as an NTP Master

Everyone,

I'm having some issues with a 6509 that is configured as an NTP master. The clock is way off...right now, it's 11:35 AM and output below shows that it's ~02:46. Am I missing something?? How can I update the NTP master from the stratum 2 server??

Thanks!
