Could not login after upgrade from LMS 2.6 to 3.0

I have upgraded from LMS 2.6 to 3.0 (Windows 2003 Server). Now I cannot login with my admin and/or user credentials.

Everytime the message "Authentication failed. Please try again." appears.

I have tried the installation two times.

At first as "Typical" installation. At second as "Custom" installation with setting new passwords for admin and guest. But without success.

I would appreciate any hint.

Yes, I've tried. Unfortunately it doesn't solve my problem.

Try running the following command:

NMSROOT\bin\perl NMSROOT\bin\ResetLoginModule.pl

Where NMSROOT is the path in which CiscoWorks is installed. Then restart dmgtd, and see if you can login.

After running ResetLoginModule.pl with

following output

Changing mode from ACS to CMF ...

Already in CMF mode

my login works again.
