CPI 2.0 3850 SWIM Software import not working?

Hi We have a CPI 2.0 (2.0.0.0.294) Instance, with Update 2.0 Device Packages Oct 2013

We recently got some 3850's and while adding them came accross this wondered if anyone else had seen this.

When Looking at the software image in device view

Error message says

Recommendation Error

PI_SWIM_20006: Could not recommend images from local repository or from cisco.com. Please manually import image (Operate->Software Image Management -> Import) using cisco.com or file option.

Looks like PI is not looking at the right thing on the file system to get the version. Anyone else seen this? Know how to cure it?

Ok so this seems to be related to Bug ID CSCtz20743 but we have  encountered a further bug when getting the Recomendations for new  versions. I have raised this with the TAC.
