CPU Monitoring of cisco router

Dear All

I want to monitor a CPU usage and Memory usage of my cisco routers. Please suggest me any freeware tool (Windows based or Unix based ) to monitor health and above mentioned of cisco router.

try nagios it works on Linux and its free.

There are a lot of Plugins for Cisco Router and Switches.
