how can I create a configuration template that can be applied on a large number of devices in such a way that if a certain configuration is found on a device , a certain command is applied on that devices and I'm taking about creating around 50 different conditions.
You might be able to use Baseline Compliance to achieve what you want, but you will need to be more specific about the conditions. The RME 4.0 baseline feature is more limited when compared to 4.1 and higher. So while certain conditions will be possible, conditional interface configurations (for example) will not be.
