Please let me know how can we discover a network devices in a topology, where in we dont have any existing tools.
Show cdp neighbor/detail gives some information about the topology. how can we map to the scripts to run automatically.
Which platform we do use for the same, to run the cisco Unix based commands to run automaticaly by a script.
How the script will be understand by Cisco Devices and what is the interface for it to work.
And is there any command check the existing used/configured Ip's in a topology at a single shot.
Please guide in detail.
