CS 3.0.5 backup last , status not found unable to detect

Hi,

With CW-LMS 2.6 ; CS 3.0.5, three weeks ago I have configured a backup schedule; and the last backup completed and status are still 'not founded or unable to detect '.

If any one have experience this problem, thanks for your helps for a solution or a workaround.

Is this Windows or Solaris? Where do you see this status?

thanks for your email,the plateform is on windows, and the backup status can be see at backup job at CS server>admin>backup as you can see in the attachement file .

This will occur if there is a problem writing to NMSROOT\lib\classpath\backupstatus.properties. Check that this file exists, and has permission for casuser to read and write. If it does, then check your backup log to see if the backup is actually running successfully.
