CSM Client User Login failure

I newly installed the CSM and CSM Client.

I am able to log into CSM with the user name/password created during installation.

But I am not able to log into the CSM client via http/https with the same user account. I get an error message - "Login URL is Forbidden. Please make sure your protocol (http, https) is correct"

What could be the reason.
