CSS 11503/Core dump

Hello dears all,

The 11503 has been freezed but not restarted .The show tech has showed us that a core dump has been taken.

How we can we read the dump and pull out this file? Kwoning that the file has been named like this SCP0101_07.50.1_03.0.gz

Re: CSS 11503/Core dump

Crash files are typically written to the flash. If you still have IP connectivity from the 11503, you can try to ftp/scp/tftp/whatnot it to an external server, e.g.:

scp flash:/SCP0101_07.50.1_03.0.gz username@servername

If not, and there's enough space, you can try to make a copy of the core file on the flash just in case, and reboot the 11503 to get it off afterwards.
