CTM Error

I have installed CTM server on SunfireV240 and CTM Client on WinXP. When running CTM, it cannot log into CTMServer and appear an message: " EID-100: Invalid SID. The SID is null or contains spaces. Enter an SID that is not null and does not contain spaces.

Recommended Action : Enter a valid SID."

What should I do to solve this problem?

PS: I've installed Oracle and CTM server without any errors

not sure of the issue, may be you can check out the following link for CTM Server Installation Error Messages :

SID is the Oracle Source identifier. Have you set it to "CTM4_6" (without quotes noting the underscore) as indicated in the installation manual? (note particularly sections 2.2.4.1 and 2.2.4.2 in the manual (http://www.cisco.com/application/pdf/en/us/guest/products/ps5565/c2001/ccmigration_09186a00801f95fc.pdf)
