I do not understand what you're asking.  Please provide more details.

How can I configure Cisco Works to update a device configuration after a change is made on the device? Want the "configurated last archieved" date to represent the time a currnt date.

If the device is sending syslog messages to RME, then RME will attempt to sync the config when it sees a config change syslog message (e.g. SYS-5-CONFIG_I).  However, the date on the config in the archive may not change.  RME will only write the config to the archive if there has been an interesting change since the last time RME archived the config.  If an interesting change has not occurred, RME will discard the downloaded config to avoid archive churn.
