CW 2.6 Software image import fail from CCO

Trying to import image from CCO into RME repository. Credentials and proxy authentication all OK and select image and subsets fine when creating job.

After job runs, result fails with below message...

I'm currently working on a similar issue right now with development for another series of routers. I would suggest you open a TAC case so that they can track the problem with the 3600 series.

In the mean time as a workaround you can manually download the image from CCO and use the Add from Filesystem option to add it to RME.

Have opened case with vendor.

Noticed 7200 series also has same problem. Will include this in TAC case.

The bug id to track this problem is CSCsa81146. I just spoke to development again and they are looking into this problem.
