CW is not sending reports to administrator email

Hi,

I configured ciscoworks for generating reports and send them to the administrator email, but it doesn't work.

In the log file appears this information:

The email shown here was changed for security purposes. The port 53 is open in CW machine, and it has conectivity with the mail server.

I'm going to be very appreciated for help about this issue !

The SMTP port is TCP 25, and according to this, there is nothing listening on that port on the SMTP server (localhost in this case). Do you have an SMTP server running on the LMS server? If not, you need to put in your correct SMTP server under Common Services > Server > Admin > System Preferences.

Sorry, When I talked about port, I was meaning port 25. I had a trouble with the DNS server too, I just confused the number.

Actually I don't have any SMTP server on the localhost, I tried to send a report on the enterprise mail and this is the log file. (The report never was succeded but sended)

There is a problem with this SMTP server as well. Make sure the SMTP server is configured to allow relaying for the LMS server. As of right now, it is not:
