CW LMS 2.5.1 DFM alerts

Hi, collefues!

I have the question abou the status of DFM alerts and events. Some alerts stays permanent in active state because of some events (included in alerts) has the active state. But the events should be the cleared already - the causes of them was resolved.

Are there any advices about incleared events? And is it possible to clear events manually to clear the corresponding alerts?

Have you acknowledged the alert?

What type of alert is it? Does it appear as unknown or related to a device that is no longer there?

Acknowlegement... As I understand, acknowlegement doesn't remove the alert and it will be present in alert page forewer, acknowleged, isn't it?

What type of event? I saw different types. For example, just niw I have "duplicated IP event". There same IP was found on two different devices. This mistake was fixed. Some days left, byt the event is not cleared and the corresponded alert too.
