Hi All!

I have some trouble with DFM 2.0.3:

I have active alert with type/description "undefined trap." When I tried, to suspend this alert - DFM shows me this message: "Cannot retrieve the Detailed Device View for Unidentified trap. This device may no longer exist. Please look in DDV.log for details."

But, old devices is already deleted from DCR, but alert is still active with duration "999 hr 00 m"

Any solutions?

Looks like bug CSCsc21691

Details:

When an unmanaged device sends a pass-through trap, the event is sent

to the UnidentifiedTraps bucket. If that device is then added as a managed

device before the event is cleared from UnidentifiedTraps, there is no way

to clear that event manually.

There is currently no workaround.

however, it does look like this will be resolved in DFM 2.0.6 which is due out in September timeframe
