CW LMS 2.6 taking minus-7 days to do a discovery

I am not able to do device discovery anymore. It was working. I am seeing the following across the top of the latest discovery report.

Device Discovery-All Devices Report as of 28 Aug 2008, 05:48:14

Last Discovery Started at : 28 Aug 2008, 05:46:27. Ended at : 21 Aug 2008, 07:01:47. Completed in -600280.0 seconds

Since I re-installed CW just a couple of months ago, it has annoyed me that it schedules jobs by GMT, even though I had the correct timezone on the server when I installed, and it is still correct and syncronised with NTP. In some places CW gives local time, in others GMT. And now reports finishing things 7 days before even starting them!

Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?

Or, can anyone tell me how to reset the entire CW install (clear the databases) back to how it was just after install, and I'll try to re-discover from scratch?

What versions of Common Services and Campus Manager do you have? Where exactly are the locations where the time is given in GMT?
