The issue is that 2800 series routers are not being recognized in any of the hard or software reports. All other routers show up with no issue. There are 3 2800's showing up as "unknown." Cisco Works LMS ver 2.5
What specific 2800 model are these and what is the sysObjectID for them?. Have you checked the LMS 2.5.1 supported device list to see if they are listed as supported?
It looks like it may be a Campus Manager version issue. Campus Manager is showing as 4.0 instead of 4.0.3 I was told that it was upgraded but it looks like it was not.
