CW2K syslog server using DNS

How can I configure my CiscoWorks 2000 syslog server to use DNS or the device name for the log entries? My old CW syslog server does it, but the new one doesn't. the server resoves the names/ and reverse works from the command prompt and the fully qualified hostnames and domains are in CW Common services.

This is what it looks like now:

Dec 14 08:47:26 10.110.47.83 64: *Apr 13 13:54:33.324 CDT: %SYS-5-CONFIG_I: Configured from console by me on vty0 (10.110.77.209)

This is what I want it to look like:

Dec 14 08:47:26 Switch1.mydomain.com: *Apr 13 13:54:33.324 CDT: %SYS-5-CONFIG_I: Configured from console by me on vty0 (10.110.77.209)

Go to Common Services > Server > Admin > System Preferences, and check the Enable crmlogger DNS resolution box.
