CWLMS server locks up every 10-12 days

We are running CWLMS 3.0.1 on a windows server, running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition service pack 2, 8GB of ram, and every 10-12 days it appears to lockup, you can not telnet to it, you can not attach to the console port , the server does ping how ever. The only way to get it back is to reboot it, which clears the server logs. Any Ideas.

LMS doesn't do anything at a low enough level to cause system lockups or crashes. This is most likely indicative of bad hardware (which may be exacerbated by the resource-intensive LMS). If you have hardware diagnostic tools from your server vendor, you should try running then. One general purpose tool that I like to use is Memtest86 (http://www.memtest86.com/).
