I want to know if the CWNCM is a separate sofware, not included in CWLMS3.1
and if is true that Network Compliance Manager can manage devices of thrid parties, such as Huawai, Juniper, 3COM.

CWNCM is a separate sw from CWLMS.
The NCM sold under CiscoWorks most likely does not manage third-party devices (akin to the DFM bundled with LMS). For a vendor-neutral product, you may want to look into HP Network Automation, which is the reincarnation of Opsware NAS that CWNCM is based on.

NCM does support 3rd party devices. See http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/ciscoworks_network_compliance_manager/device_drivers/idu_july_2009/IDU7_09.html#wp131846 for the current version's list.

Ok, and CWNCM is now available in version 1.4 or is EOS/EOL?
Thanks!
