Daemon service is not getting started

Hi Team

Daemon manger service is not getting started..even after resetting CASUSER password.we are facing the same issue.

Getting this below error

Error 1067:

Could not start the CiscoWorks Daemon Manager service ..

Post the syslog.log, dmgtDbg.log, and the NMSROOT/lib/classpath/md.properties file.
