hi

i m using cisco work for a campus network.Smae RW cummunity string is configured for all devices.Now i am facing two problems

1)Cisco work does not show two devices in topology view but it is discoving the devices.when i manualy give ip addr of these device for cisco view.i got a window to enter ro and rw cummunity string, after entering the correct string i can config the device from cisco view.i m nt getting the ploblen even the config are same for these devices and other.

2)Other devices which i can see in toplogy view ...i can not configure from cisco view. I got error "check the snmp credentials"

The CiscoView SNMP credentials are retrieved from the DCR, not Topology Services

Go to Common Services -> Device and Credentials -> Device Management

Enter the proper RW strings in there for the devices.
