Database fail error

Hi buddies,

I am using LMS 2.5. It is giving eror database fail, when i start selftest. It comes up when i reset the database password but it again fail after taking backup.Can anyone tell me how i can get remove it. What shld i do to solve this problem.Now it is giving error"database.pl

What is the Windows Service Pack on the Win2K Server?

How much RAM is on the server? How much hard drive space?

Was the installation of 2.5 done locally on the server? If this was a remote upgrade, what remote application was used for the install?

Any errors in the setupXXX.log files?
