I have attached the a snapshot of the problem i experiencing on a Ciscoworks LMS 3.1. Currently, DCR Server service is running but i always get this error message each time i attempt a automatic device discovery.
please help

What does the command line utility pdshow list its status as ?
Have you applied the DCR patch ?
