DCR stuck in "waiting to initialize"

I cannot edit my dcr due to an error msg that says "Error in communication with DCR. DCR may be down. Please start the DCR server and then refresh the page."

I have stopped and started the DCR at the Gui and I have stopped the Daemon Manager and it is still saying:

Process= DCRServer

State = Waiting to initialize.

Pid = 9168

RC = 0

Signo = 0

Any ideas how to fix this?

Please post the dcr.log, DCRServer.log, and the output of the pdshow command. What version of Common Services are you running?
