delete Archive Poller Job in LMS 3.1

Hi,

I can not delete an archive poller job (Job ID is 1104.3). The result for this job is failed. I stopped the scheduling for configuration polling. I tried to delete this job in the RME job browser. The following message appeared: the job is not deleted, the job is running:-( So is some way how this job can be deleted?? Thank you.

You will need to open a TAC service request, and get the steps for purging this job from the database.
