Hi,

How we can solve the TACACS attribute error "not supported" at the RME Inventory check device attributes?

Are you using SSH? Does this happen for all devices?

I noticed that this happens to 1841 routers only.

Go to RME -> Admin -> Inventory -> List Devices

Are the 1841 routers represented with a router icon or SNMP icon?

You are right. SNMP .

I downloaded the packs for updated ones including the Cisco routers 1841. I try to henerate Cisco 1841 routers but i did not see this pack.

Note: the server restarted the services after it completed the required packs.

There is a section with the heading of Patches Installed. What is listed there?

Another thing, before i re-install the Ciscoworks i was able to access it trough the web from any workstation, but now i can only access it locally.

Any idea.

Make sure you have installed the latest RME IDU (11.0 I believe):

If that doesn't fix the problem, you might have to upgrade to a newer version of CiscoWorks.
