Device collector in Ciscowork LMS 2.5 stop working

Hi, I am using Ciscoworks LMS 2.5 on Windows 2003 service pack 1.

Since last week, I am not able to use Device selector any more from all Ciscoworks components (e.g Common Services, Device Troubleshooting, RME etc....)

Could you pls help us to troubleshoot the problem?

Moreover, the message in device selector log file:

"SNMP library exception while finding device support"

What specific versions of the applications do you have? What changed on the server between when this was working and when it stopped? What do the device selectors look like (i.e. are they completely empty, do they just show folders, etc.)? What is the process state of the DCRServer and the various *OGSServer daemons?

We are using LMS 2.5 with Common Serivces 2.5, Campus Manager 4.0.4, RME 4.0.3, Cisco View 6.1.4.

NO there was no change when this was working. Device selector completely empty.

HOw to check the process state?

After rebooting the Ciscoworks server, the device selector started working. Thanks for your support.
