Device Fault Manager 2.0.3 installation

Hi

I have upgraded the LMS 2.5.1 to LMS 2.6 .

I am now trying to install the Device Fault Manager package.I have with the original cds the 2.0.3 . But i get an error message saying ERROR: Downgrade not Supported. Version of dfmad2.0 to be installed is less than already installed 2.0 .

I tryied to download and install the 2.0.4 or 2.0.5 but i cant (2.0.3 is required) .

Any ideas ?

If you select the option to uninstall DFM what options does it present you with?

Do you see either of these:

Device Fault Manager 2.0.3

Device Fault Manager 2.0.3 HPOV-Netview adapters

Thanks for your reply .

I havent install the dfm , so i cant uninstall it.

Its the first time i am trying after the upgrade to lms 2.6.

Finally i uninstalled the 2.0.6 version that was installed with the LMS 2.6 update.Maybe i had installed only the HP openview adapters , but i couldnt install the DFM after the update.

So from the add/remove programs i unistall only the DFM and started again the installation from 2.0.3 and then update to the latest versions .
