Device not being discovered

Can anyone give me some reasons why a device would not be discovered in Ciscoworks. I have one 4507 in a data centre that is not being discovered.

The two switches it uplinks to are being discovered. SNMP configurations, access-lists and passwords are identical on all switches.

What version of CiscoWorks? What errors do you get regarding this switch?
