Device not deleted in LMS 3.1

Hi,

I'm using LMS3.1

I've deleted a device in Common Services and I can always see it in RME.

For example, I can see it as "Predeployed Device" in the "RME Device Status" table. When I click on the number, in the count column, there is no device listed.

It's the same with the RME Collectoion Status ; I've got 1 device in Recently Failed Device but when I click on the number, there is no device listed. Again with the DCR and AAA Information, but this time, I can see my device when I click on the number in front of "Device not donfigured in ACS".

Have you got any ideas ?

This can be purged from the database, but only if you open a TAC service request to get the instructions. This problem is cosmetic, and will not cause any performance or functional impact.
