Device sensed, but collection failed. Error.

Hello we are running a Ciscoworks LMS 3.2 solution.

About 200 devices have been imported. We are having issues with 5 devices on which RME inventory fails.

The message we get is:

Inventory collection job reported "Device sensed, but collection failed".

Verify if it's supported from the device table for lms 3.2:

Typically device sense but failed means the device is not supported or the device package is not installed. You can go to Common Services --> Software Center ---> Device Update ---> Check for update and install for the RME application.  The C4006 is not supported and for the ACE module, we would need the show ver to compare to the table above.

Hi the strange thing is that we have a C4006 that has been discovered with no problem.

The show ver is displayed in my first post.
