hi all,
When I add controllers devices like AIR-WLC 4404-100-K9 in RME this device appears as a unknow. I have checked snmp credentials and it's correct and I have installed device packages but doesn't work. I have checked the device appears in product device support tables too. (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/cscowork/ps2425/products_device_support_tables_list.html)
Any idea?
The OID of device is: .1.3.6.1.4.1.14179.1.1.4.3

Is the WLC running the requisite OS version of 5.0.148.0 or greater that [RME] needs though?

Make sure you have SNMPv1 enabled on the WLC. It is not enabled by default, but RME will refuse to manage it unless v1 is enabled.

The IOS version of WLC is 4.2.130.0.
Is necessary that snmp v1 is enabled althougth is enabled snmp V2? we have got OID via SNMPWalk from CW.

Yes, it is required that you enable SNMPv1.
