DFM 2.0.10 Fault history error

He Experts,

I got for the fault history this error:

Cannot generate Fault History display.

User has no access to device(s)

I'm as admin in the server, the device is known and active in dfm, teh snmp credentials are ok, the configs can be archived in RME, looks to me all is ok.

Does someone can help on this ?
