I have sent up email notifications in DFM without issues but for some reason we are getting emails ever 12 minutes or so for the same devices. Here is the error. We don't see any issues not flapping nothing in the logs. How do we condition the alerts to send out a certain amount of times?

We've seen this before on certain devices, but typically not with ethernet interfaces. The ifAdminStatus and ifOperStatus actually bounce between up and notPresent. This is always a device issue. If this port is a GBIC or SFP port, you might have a bad module.

Thanks for the quick response. I will pass this info along to our Network group.
