Even after re-discovery in DFM; also cannot delete, button greyed out.

What could the reason and resolution be for this bug?

This is most likely a bug provided you haven't changed the management state of your interfaces or IP addresses after adding the devices into DFM. If you go to DFM > Device Management > Rediscover/Delete, what is the reason associated with the devices in questioned state?

As for not being able to delete the devices, you will have to disable auto-managed first, then the delete button will become active.

We have not changed the ip addresses since the devices were added or changed the management state. BTW, how do you change the management state?

Is this what you are looking for when you ask what is the reason?:

*** Data Collector Status Information ***

Error Code = Others

Error Message = DataCollector request timeout(internal problem)

seems to the the same on all questioned devices.

We rebooted the server today for another reason and all devices are still in questioned state.
