DFM getting "unable to retrieve active partition information"

That is it, I am going into DFM and I click on email notif, notif groups, or any tab and I get that error.

Additionally I recieved several other error messages stating cant access db, see nos.log. There is no nos.log but ther is an nosserver.log?

Any thoughts, I dont want to reboot this windows server as it will then send about a million alerts!

Post the output of the pdshow command along with the NMSROOT/log/dfmLogs/NOS/nos.log.
